Theres really no point to doing all this.
Sure you might evade some hits from ppl with no gear but you could also not gimp yourself and just kill them.

i tested this feats with Eaglesheart's sin. (pvp lvl 5, pressing and decesive strikes fully feated - %13.9 hit bonus chance)

It works pretty good. most of time i evade 1/4 hits..2/4 sometimes 3/4.. with good playstyle it can save your life in duels also minis.

I strongly recommend ; TEST IT !

Some things just dont need to be tested.
Having 8% hit chance is just really really bad.

Tested and confirmed at 10.4%hit chance as well as 14.4% hit chance. Obviously miss less at 14.4%, but it seems people misunderstand how hit/evade rating works. It's not a simple + - equation... Other than that, soldiers will pretty much equip elusive nature instead of pressing strikes, so as not to be critted to death while a zerg hits them.
OH, and as for "no gear" comments, full t3 pvp gear, t3 accessories and ibis.

another precious friend of mine : Sebastin Pvp level 10 conqueror

he wears full pvp t3 items with ibis..(decisive and pressing strikes used, full feated)

his hit bonus chance is : % 14.4

he missed 1/4 of his hits during 4 sec. (especially he missed last hits of his combo many times, unlucky )

As Fsen said i had some tests with him with my Sin.
he is pvp 5 with t3/khitai gear mix.also i have decisive and pressing strikes full feated.
i have pvp hit rating around 13.5%.
the results where really good in my suprise.
most times i missed 1/4 hits and some 2/4 or 3/4.

Still I dont think its worth dropping hit rating for it.
8% hit is just not enough, you will miss too many combos.

Mate you comon do you realy would like to waste time on sidesteps on minis instead doing dps?

I understand your excitement over this, but honestly its just a huge waste of time. Side stepping all of the time to get a few second buff instead of doing dps and healing is just... bad.

Not to mention, for all of this to be worth anything, you should get the shadows of jade gear, which will make you lose either INSANE dps against the Tiger gear, or insane survivability against the pvp set.
