Think I have seen it dropping from flame, vortex or yun rau.. Can't confirm tho.

Rank 2 helm, will drop in a rank 2 dungeon, so, Coppice, Palace, Pagoda are your only options I think. Sorry I don't really pay attention to blue drops, but I'd guess Coppice.

I'm pretty sure it drops either in coppice or Pagoda, my guess would be Pagoda, since I had this mask in the very beginning of Rotgs when there were lots of Pagoda runs going on.

there where also alot, for not saing nearly all hm in coppice doe to exploid where some ppl managed to farm full set before ban started and eventually fix
