Anyone knows where is the mentioned fanatical fisherman located for the Fishy Murders VIII, kill the murderer quest at dead man's hand. Is it anywhere else? There is no cross at quest locator, so I cannot find the place and the NPC..

You mean the stage when you have to kill the murderer?
He is in a hut with a useable door in the southwest, beyond swamp and crater, but there should be an indicator or something.
