why not start a guild full of newbies?
when funcom launched the kithai expansion, everyone was a noob and everyone from guilds started gething togheter and wiping a lot until figuring out the tactics (same thing is happening with House of Crom and Turan)...
why not start a group on global , something like:
LFM pagoda/flame/vortex/coppice NM (newb welcome) - need something, something....
i did once gathered people for NM with the words "newb welcome" or something like that, and i got a lot of laughing on the global (ignore list got bigger) but at the same time got a team and gave them the NM tactics and we finished all the dungeons...
i defend the fact that the more people learn the tactics (NM and HM) the more groups are available to join...that's one of the reasons i help others, the second reason is that i like the challenge and having different outcomes (i wished HM were harder), im not a big fan of farming and always doing the same thing...
P.S.: Drusillaz, we are from the same guild and i'm online a lot of time. why you never ask me for help??
it's our guild "best" meaning = to have fun...of course some of the guildies are possessed with having full epic kithai gear but others not really (and others are there for both)...
remember our t1 raids on thrusdays night? usually with something like 3 barbarians, 1 assassin, 4 guardians, 0 bear shamans, etc (you get the point)!? the whole idea is to teach others and avoid, in some cases, ninja looting. me for example, im full t2 gear and i dont miss a t1 raid (unless to give room for another), i just go there for the fun and help someone that needs...
my alt chars in case you don't know are:
Eltarkan,
Demevil and
Sakesham (
Putch you already know)
