It seems that revivication doesnt proc from melee hits. I was in a JS match and the melee hits didnt trigger it, the magic hits did.

I have both revivication and the light within specced.

In a duel against melee it did proc

never mind on this one, seems to have to do with tainted weapons. Normally it used to proc instantly after it but now its on the 10 second cooldown

looks like that if you have the green heal procced and shortly after that it gets removed, the 10 seconds refresh time is still in effect, so till that 10 seconds are passed it wont proc, even if you have no green heal on you at that time.
