Not when the encounter contains a serious xploit that should never appear in a raid environment.

But that exploit wasn't related to difficulty level of killing the raid boss, was it? Only surrounding circumstances regarding possibility of killing again.

Nope.It has direct impact on the encounter itself, or as you put it 'diff lvl of killing the raid boss'.Tremendous impact.

Our guildie mentioned it on aoc forums and got banned.So i won't be naming it.

And don't get me wrong,this is not guild h8 or whatever, i believe xlegion will kill him 1st again when the encounter is fixed.But the date they did it and posted on forums cannot be taken as official world 1st kill.

Depends, let's say you could run in the fight again when you died (it's an example, I have no freaking idea what happened) or let's say you one shot the boss with a ranger one shot, do you call that a world first ?

That being said, I don't want to lower the success of the guild killing it first. They have been doing world first since T4 has been released, so I guess no one is surprised they killed it first.
However I'm waiting for a first kill after the patch to call it a deserved first kill
