Ostensibly, I misinterpreted some cryptic lexical units in the original sentence, and I must state that I am not well-informed with teenager slang or abbreviations; thus, rereading the original sentence did not enlighten me more than it had done the last time and caused the same confounding to my consternation. What does "to procc" mean? How can you "procc" a gem, if I may ask? What is the reason to do so? Please take me earnestly, for I am still befuddled.

Thank you for the explanation! Apparently, there was an erratum involved as well (that double "c"), which led me astray from discovering the explanation by myself.
