The game has not even been out a week yet, I'd be very surprised if there is a comprehensive guide on how to level out there.

Here is a quick one.

1) Pick up quests
2) Do Quests
3) Hand in quests
4) Equip gear with dexterity

or perhaps take time to play and enjoy the game that the devs spent the last 5 years making, im sure they didnt spend that long for you to boost through lvls in 2weeks.

Trust me its easy enough to lvl as it is, you dont need a guide.
