So here's what's happened so far:

The party has made it to the Coast of Turan and Ardashir City. Much sightseeing and exploration insued, and ultimately the party found a strange sight - undead coming down from the mountain in single file, one at a time, to attack the city guardsman.

After some researching and conversing with the locals, the party spoke with a priest of the local temple of Erlik and were asked to investigate that exact thing! Necromacy is an abhored by believers in Erlik, because whenever a Necromancer raises his or her dead, they are ripped from Erliks domain.. and as such someone has apparently put a curse on the Temple to have just those undead constantly assaulting them.

The party decided to turn in for the night and prepare for the investigation tomorrow. Astotherous has dispatched messengers to selected few as it's felt more might be needed for this investigation - in particular a priest... but whether they arrive has yet to be seen. ( )

- We'll be resuming around 17:00 GMT to 18:00 GMT - your welcomed to come to Ardashir City and join in! If we've got enough, we'll also try to go to the Fort in RP mode

Sorry about the long update - having some RL issues over the last day and a half!

Suffice it to say we had a great day Saturday with a full party exploring the undead and the curse.

We had agreed to organize the next RP session here on the forums, so give me an idea of when!

my master has called me back from the cursed kara korum for the job of exploring a new land. a strange desert but different than blessed stygia. whispers of invasion, revolt, undead. the strange tales continued deep into the desert only to find... nothing. apparently empty fortresses carved directly into the rock. so-called bandits fell too easily to blade and incantation. worthless scum. poorest "bandits" i've ever killed.
everything in this land feels like a set up. i have deep concerns over this land. something is not well...
