Lightbulb Ranger improvements (suggestions/ideas)

Hi everyone.

The idea of this post is to gather all sorts of ideas to improve/immerse the feeling as playing a ranger class.
So what I want here is any ideas that you would like to immerse/improve in the ranger gameplay.
ANY idea is good, no matter how silly or small it might be.

(Btw I play ranger class as my main on Aqulonian RP-PVP server.)
(Please leave LOS check stuff and rewamp talk out of this, theres allready too many posts about them.)

So here I go first:

I just came up with a new idea on the tracking skill.
This might not be possible, but remember it's just an idea.

What if tracking was a seperate skill in the skill window and the tracking itshelf would be a stance
that enables the ranger to see mob/npc/players footsteps. You would actually need to track the target instead of just
"looking at my minimap: BANG hes there!" Anything that moves would leave a marking where
it has stepped.

For example:
You would see players footsteps in green, mobs in red and npc in blue.
Then you would need to follow the markings to actually get to the target.

Higher skill in tracking would enable you to tell apart wich trackmarks are from mobs and wich from players.
Eventually maybe able to select wich trackline one would want to track (this would make the trackline clow brighter ect)

Beeing a stance this would also have some negative debuff side, like -100% evade chance for beeing so focused in tracking the marks and it would also reguire the player to be out of combat.

If this would be a too massive improvement in the matter of many mobs then atleast this
would be made for tracking other players and leave mobs/npc out of it.
For me this would make tracking more fun and chasing players more immerse.

Second idea I had was that they would allow moving while shooting from a mount.
Ofcourse this would be unfair if there wasn't a drawback in it, add like a 30-50% miss chance.

Also a fix for the bow attack animation on mounts should be done. Anyone shooting from mount is definately not facing the mob like they should.
It's something around 90 degree angle. If you want to see it, go kill some hyrkanian horse archers in Khitai and you will notice.

So now it's your turn.
Leave comments and ideas/suggestion, all are welcome.

Doesn't sound bad, but i don't think there is a need for a special skill, perception will do (maybe doing a skill check of hiding vs perception).
On the other hand there might be some problems involved saving the routes each player took in an instance.
One might also think about an ability that shows all players and mobs in the vicinity for a short time (marking them on the minimap as small dots maybe), but does not work like a radar (to update you would have to reuse the skill). To use this ability the ranger should be visible and do an animation.

Also there may be tracking spells, that work like the rangers radar now and the perception based tracking may be available to all classes.
The skill based track could have cooldowns, depending on class and the speed of animation and debuff while tracking could vary on class as well.

And yes, the bow animation from a horse needs a fix asap. Also, if the rangers will loose the unique ability i expect some other stances or dps (NOT burst or dot) back.
