Theres actually a nice way to help ALOT with the miasma in Hathor-ka, but i wont go into it as it's not very well known and i didn't discover it so would be unfair to discuss it and for Blood draw, you can stick an idiot in a nice 8m circle of himself (with xbow if melee) as long as it isn't a healer or tank and let him take blood draw as it is.

The main requirement for a T3 PuG would be good tanks, if you can find good tanks and 1 good healer the rest of the slots can be altered to provide an easier fight if a certain member of the raid is struggling.

It's not zero. It's very low, but not zero tolerance. There's one example that explains why it's not completely zero.

In our raid I play ranger. Now, my computer also is not exactly in good shape... motherboard and memory sticks are a bit damaged, leading to occasional BSODs. One such happened just as we were starting Arbanus fight. I crashed right after pull. Cursing like sailor, I restarted my computer and after what felt like eternity, I got first vent back up (I heard the fight was still going on) and then was able to relog to AoC. I got back to game right before Arbanus died, and was rather surprised to see that my character was still very much alive. So... if character can survive through the fight while player is not in control (due to crash or whatever), there is small chance that someone with minimal experience/ability can survive through the fight without wiping the whole raid - as long as their role and position is not such that they put too many in peril if they get Blood Draw.

But yeah... it's pretty close to zero.
