Default *Bug* Quest: The Tiger and the Moon
Scarlet Circle Quest: The Tiger and the Moon

Once you collect the blood and throw it on the shrine the mob that appears sometimes de-spawns when you CC it. Then you have to delete the quest and it goes on cooldown.

Can you fix it so the mob does NOT respawn when you CC it please.

Seems like more ppl have reported this. Lets hope they fix it.
