recently purchased the above screen - works fantastically with every other mmo I play bar AoC - monitor keeps going into analog power saving mode after about 5 mins game play - and no matter what i do i can't get the picture back - all I have is a black screen and I have to reboot the pc - this is seriously ticking me off. By the way I have uptodate drivers for all my pc hardware. Has anyone got a solution please?

That is not likely due to your monitor. Do you have a ATi gfx card? If so, it's probably due to the driver "atikmdag" resetting itself and getting stuck in a loop.
