I've tried a trillion combinations, died like 8 times now.
Tried the, ward of corruption till 75% hp, then piety till 50% then fire till 25% and frost till he's dead.
Also tried just doing the opposite of whatever he's attacking with (for the major ones of course, fire and frost don't do nearly as much damage as corruption and piety.

Also tested doing the same, and tried all the different combos several times.

He still one shots me. One of the times was even so bad, he one shotted me as his first attack, a corruption, and I had just used the ward!


Wrote a petition and I'm waiting for a GM to just finish it for me but in either case it needs to be fixed.
I had no issues with the quest pre-patch, except well.. At one point not all the wards spawned for me, but whatever.

It works just fine m8.
I did it yesterday and had no problems.
I get one shoted the times when he changed dmg so you gotta be carefull
when his closig the next 25% and hit the right orb.

So couple of deads and on 3-4 try he was dead.

Dunno, but i have died like 10x now, the orbs gave 10s cooldowns, and he changes the spells like every 4 seconds...so its usualy death when he changes the spells.
So what to do, when my char has about 1200 hps, and i got hit for about 1900 hps :-) Im 42 he is 40...
So i would like to know some succesful tactics :-)

Never mind, i had to adjust graphical settings to see those bloody coloured rings...went smoothly after.
