AOC launcher problem

that's not true at all, there is no reason what so ever to go general.
if you have something like T2 gear and basic AA you should still spec for nebthu and bubble for pve and still do very nice dmg,...

meh... as much as the T4 cloak has uber DPS and hate decrease, i know i'll find myself using T'ian'an wings (or even vile nativity quest reward cloak) for survivability purposes quite often.... QQ
