Remove the buff completely and add +5/+10/+15% pvp xp bonus for the BKs. This don't give any direct bonus in combat, still would make the keeps worth fighting for.

Change the buffs to +5%, +10% and +15% pxp. This way they are valuable for guild members, but don't give any bonus in battle.
